Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, execute and coordinate marketing calendar and program for the Retail Business Unit targeting direct customers. Help the sales team assess demand for products and services offered, conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and customer feedbacks. Develop efficient and cost effective marketing strategies - both digital and traditional with the goal of maximizing the firms profits or share of the market.
Develops marketing strategy by studying supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Plans and executes all marketing campaigns including but not limited to web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital/traditonal marketing. Collaborates with internal teams to create and optimize user experience. Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Reponsible for relationship management across key functions with all internal and external stakeholdersDesired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel & MS Powerpoint Good Communication Skills are an essential to liaison with various department. In depth knowledge of marketing concepts, tools and campaign management systems. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsPerks and Benefits
