Job Description Prepare and maintain accurate Balance Sheets and P&L Accounts. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards. Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) controls to maintain financial discipline. Maintain proper books of accounts with adherence to accounting principles and best practices. Manage all statutory financial compliances, including corporate tax, TDS, and indirect tax obligations. GST compliance, annual GST audit handling with Govt officials, all other financial compliances. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. Cost Accounting & Cost Control. Manage cash flow effectively, optimize working capital, including monitoring receivables and payables for better financial stability.

Required candidate profile:-

Experience : 7-10 years of experience in daily accounting, P & L, and balance sheet finalisation, GST, taxation, audits, compliances. Education : B.Com / MCOM– Specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation Preferred: M. Com (Finance / Accounting), PGDM (Finance) Hands on experience of working on Tally software. Knowledge of other financial softwares used.
