Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, you will:

Lead the WIBU ORE (Order Related Engineering) Organization, ensuring seamless business support to other functions to achieve strategic growth targets.Oversee production localization efforts for pump assembly and stainless-steel manufacturing, focusing on the optimization of resources.Maintain regular communication with European factories, including potential travel, to improve processes and facilitate localization.Manage and develop a high-performing ORE team, setting objectives, KPIs, and reviewing team performance.Coordinate and participate in the COSP process as an operations representative.Ensure the effectiveness, maintenance, and accuracy of the department's IT systems.Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying cost optimization opportunities.Monitor and manage the department's cost budget.

The Successful Applicant

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is a plus).Minimum of 12 years of international experience in operational/engineering/manufacturing environments with industrial products.Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, LEAN principles, and manufacturing processes.Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving continuous improvements.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.Good decision-making, coordinating, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work across European time zones.
