Job Description



Lead business analysis for core individual and group insurance systems, ensuring accurate documentation of functional requirements.

Oversee coordination between business analysts and technical teams to ensure on-time and quality system delivery.

Manage project planning, tracking, and regular status reporting for ongoing initiatives.

Drive comprehensive testing, including UAT, and ensure minimal production defects through test automation and governance.

Escalate risks, delays, and critical issues to senior management while ensuring SLA compliance in production support.

Guide performance management of junior analysts and contribute to strategic technology planning, vendor evaluation, and audit compliance.

The Successful Applicant



8+ years of experience in delivering large-scale insurance technology projects, particularly within financial services.

Deep understanding of life insurance products, including group and individual policies, with hands-on knowledge of systems like Ingenium (Must)

Strong leadership skills, having managed business analyst teams and coordinated across IT and business stakeholders.

Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, with a track record of driving timely, cost-effective, and compliant project deliveries.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working with internal teams and external vendors.

Educational qualifications such as an MBA, MCA, with a preference for candidates from reputed institutes and those combining technical and business acumen.
