Summary:We are seeking a skilled QA/Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of critical banking systems within the Flexcube Retail, Flexcube Corporate, and Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) platforms. This role is pivotal in validating complex financial workflows, integration points, and digital banking features across retail and corporate banking domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in end-to-end testing, defect management, and compliance assurance, ensuring seamless system performance and alignment with regulatory standards. With a strong focus on functional, integration, and regression testing, this position supports the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable banking solutions for enterprise clients.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive testing of Flexcube Retail modules, including CASA, Term Deposits, Retail Loans, Overdrafts, Payments, and Standing Instructions.Validate product configurations, interest/charge setups, account lifecycle processes, GL postings, and EOD/BOD behavior.Execute regression testing for Retail module patches, upgrades, and parameter changes.Test core Flexcube Corporate modules such as Corporate Loans, Syndications, Working Capital, Trade Finance (LCs, BGs, Bills), Corporate Payments, and Cash Management.Validate end-to-end workflows for corporate client onboarding, credit limits, treasury operations, disbursement, repayment, and trade finance.Perform integration testing across critical systems including Credit, Treasury, Payments (RTGS/NEFT/SWIFT), and Collateral/Limit systems.Test Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) features such as user onboarding, corporate hierarchy setup, maker-checker workflows, payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, bulk, salary upload), trade finance (LC/BG issuance, amendments, document tracking), and liquidity management.Ensure seamless integration between CIB and Flexcube platforms through end-to-end scenario validation.Design and execute test cases, scenarios, traceability matrices, and test data for SIT, UAT, regression, E2E, and negative testing.Validate business rules, maker-checker approvals, product logic, and reconciliation between Flexcube and external systems.Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira/ALM/Bugzilla; support root cause analysis with development teams.Test system interfaces and integrations with AML (, Actimize), Payment Switch, CRM, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Mobile Banking platforms.Validate API/SOA/Web service integrations between Flexcube and CIB.Prepare detailed test documentation, reports, UAT sign-offs, and defect logs.Ensure testing activities comply with banking regulations including KYC, AML, Charges, Tax, Interest, and Sanctions.Support internal and external audit and compliance reviews related to testing processes.Requirements:2–3 years of hands-on experience in QA/testing within banking or financial services environments.Strong functional expertise in Oracle Flexcube Retail and Corporate modules.Proven experience testing Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) platforms and digital banking features.In-depth understanding of retail and corporate banking products, workflows, and financial processes.Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL for backend data validation and query-based testing.Experience in SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing across complex banking systems.Familiarity with payment systems (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, IMPS) and trade finance operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent documentation and communication abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively across IT, business, and vendor teams.Proven ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.Immediate joiners preferred; notice period must be minimal.Location: KolkataExperience Range: 2–3 yearsNotice Period: Immediate Joiners
