Job description Major Responsibilities:  Monthly Audit and health check of all Ecommerce channels – Website, Msite, App, and whatsapp  Daily tracking of traffic and conversions across all channels, and reporting the same.  Bi-monthly/ Monthly reporting of user acquisition, profile, sources of acquisition and conversion, acquisition by platforms, channels, devices, country, etc  Website analytics in terms of Bounce rate, page views, time spent, etc  Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels  Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including Search, Remarketing, Facbook CPC, Promoted Posts, Google click to call, App install, GDN, Affiliate network marketing, Lookalike, GMB marketing and SEO  Execute all in-house campaigns including Whatsapp broadcast, SMS, Email marketing  Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests  Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points  Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners  Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate  CRM / Loyalty Analytics – identify trends in major customer cohorts  CRM / Loyalty Analytics – Identify niches / untapped segments of customers for potential to upgrade spends / increase frequency  CRM / Loyalty Analytics – Data analysis to understand reasons for degrowth in store/region/category Key Competencies:  Ability to take key strategic decisions for Digital Marketing and content development  Ability to analyse and develop campaign strategies to increase customer base and footfall based on key data  An understanding of the market and consumer insights and trends  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Proficient in MS Office – in particular in Excel to handle data analysis and interpretation. Technical Competencies:  Certified Google Adwords Professional  Certified Google Analytics Training  Experience in using dashboards such as Moengage, Firebase, Appsflyer  Experience in CRM/Analytics software such as Salesforce, Tableau, SAP  Campaign management experience in Facebook, and Google Search interested candidate can contact through  email id - mayur.soni@white-force.in call on - 6264800151
