To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Specialist - Technical Training in Pune , India.
A Supply Chain Professional who can create written and visual training materials used to guide trainees. Should be conversant in digital platforms & basic programming (MS Office). Apart from the ability to conduct trainings for employees in all grades, the applicant should contribute to the daily administration and coordination of training functions and events. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy research, organization, and learning new techniques to better educate trainees.
What a typical day looks like :
You will be working for a Supply Chain Training team involved in Supply Chain Management Domain & Tools trainings. Knowledge of any ERP is desirable. Constructing Training Materials while adhering to Company’s policies and strategies (both online & Instructor Led) Conducting Supply Chain Domain & Tools trainings for employees in all grades/ all levels Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to write newsletters and other promotional materials to market available training programs and courses. Competent to organize, format, brand & archive training materials. Support the development of needs assessment surveys, feedback, and monitoring systems. Data Governance skills – Ability to create, interpret and draw conclusions from dashboards, Excel Spreadsheets & other data sources. Should be flexible to working in shifts. Readiness to learn in the related field of study.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline Experience – 2- 4 years’ experience in training & development Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Excellent Communication skill – Verbal & Written Extremely conversant in MS Office – Excel, Macro writing, Power PlatformWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
