Job Description
Lead the fashion design team in developing seasonal collections that align with the brand's identity and market trendsConduct extensive market research and competitive analysis to forecast emerging trends and consumer demandsOversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final sample approvalCollaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of designsManage fabric sourcing, print development, and technical specifications while maintaining quality standardsDevelop mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to communicate design concepts effectivelyThe Successful Applicant
A successful 'Designer' should have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field7+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in apparel categories such as womenswear, menswear, or streetwearProven ability to manage a team and drive design-led innovationStrong technical knowledge of fabrics, materials, patterns, and garment constructionProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD softwareStrong understanding of fashion business operations, including costing, production timelines, and retail dynamics-
