Seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Development and Site Lead to manage end-to-end software development activities while also serving as the senior leader for the site. Key Responsibilities

Own the architecture, design, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.Lead and mentor teams of Full Stack professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and drivingexcellence in modern software engineering practiceProvide expert leadership in Full Stack and modern technology domains, with a strong emphasis oncloud-native and scalable enterprise solutionsDrive employee development and satisfaction through structured talent and competence management strategiesDemonstrate tangible impact through organizational transformation and sustained businessOutcomes—not limited to individual project or service-level achievementsOversee team budgeting, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimizationChampion and drive AI-driven software development practices and DevOps methodologies, and leadSuccessful project delivery practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCoach the team to ensure that all deliverables align e.g. with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards at a global level.Contribute to the ITEC LT's strategic direction by promoting a transformative, forward-thinking IT cultureFacilitate collaboration between regional stakeholders and the global IT leadership team through consistent governance and communication channels.

Skills required:

Experience leading a site or delivery center.Strong business acumen with the ability to influence across levels.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
