Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store/showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits.
Process POS transactions and maintain customer records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock organization.
Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
Dealer & Distributor Coordination:
Gather and communicate market feedback and competitor activities from channel partners.
Coordinate with dealers for stock availability, orders, and scheme communication.
Visit local dealer/distributor points to enhance relationships and drive secondary sales.
Ensure brand visibility and availability at dealer counters.
Support in planning and executing local promotions or product demonstrations with the dealer network.
Requirements
Minimum experience of 3 years in Channel Sales / Retail Sales is required in Chemical or Paint Industry.Any graduate can apply.
Ahmedabad market knowledge is required.
