It is recognized for its significant presence in the industry and its focus on delivering quality products efficiently.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing processes for IT Professional Services.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and leverage competitive intelligence to drive value.Successfully negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms with Tier 1 IT Service Integrators (Big Tech SI firms) such as Accenture, Wipro, TCS, , IBM, Capgemini and other strategic partners.Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier rationalization, and performance management.Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the IT sourcing lifecycle.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and best practices.The Successful ApplicantRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT Sourcing or Procurement, specifically manage large-scale Request for (RFPs) for IT Services referencing in Hyderabad, India, ensuring alignment with business needs and cost-efficiency targets.Demonstrable experience in successfully managing IT Services RFP processes, with direct involvement in establishing supplier panels or referencing agreements, particularly for services delivered from Hyderabad, India.Full understanding of different IT services engagement modelProven expertise in negotiating with major Tier 1 IT Service providers (Big Tech SI).In-depth knowledge of the IT Services vendor landscape in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, including market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supplier capabilities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.High proficiency in contract management and legal aspects of IT services procurement.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.Fluent in English.RDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant professional certifications (, CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.Experience with e-sourcing platforms and procurement tools.
