Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
Own and lead all marketing and branding efforts across digital and offline platforms, including website, social media, SEO, paid media, conferences, and industry events.Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and positioning within the global CDMO/life sciences market.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy and Commercial Excellence, to ensure consistent business messaging.Manage relationships with external agencies and consultants to develop high-quality content for brand campaigns, thought leadership, and promotional materials.Support the planning and execution of branding activities, event sponsorships, and marketing collaterals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and digital analytics to optimize performance and campaign effectiveness.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.Define, track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics (, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, social media engagement, campaign ROI, brand awareness) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives, providing actionable insights for optimization and future planning.The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have:
6-8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a CDMO, pharmaceutical, or broader life sciences environment.Strong expertise in B2B marketing.Proven track record in managing digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), website strategy, event marketing, and brand positioning.Experience collaborating with external agencies and consultants for content and creative development.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
