4. Data/Business Analyst or MIS Executive have to provide the Monthly report on the Key Metrics & Preparation of EOD reports.
5. Data Analyst has to do periodic Volume Inflow Tracking & SLA Tracking
6. MIS Executive provide a daily trend of calls/email flow basis category and FTR/NON FTR analysis
7. Work Allocation & Tracking of completion
8. Publishing weekly monthly Dashboards
9. Provide Data Analytics & Business Solutions to
10. Ability to share timely Intelligence reports
