Job Description

Key responsibilities include

Overseeing thread manufacturing operations and management of various processes like S&T, CF Twisting, Dyehouse, Final Winding, etcMaintenance & Admin operations with a view to maintaining EHS & compliance requirementsEnsuring product quality, delivery of optimum customer service and cost reductionsImproving overall technical knowledge for employees through leadership, training and development of the Production teamStakeholder management: Interacting with global teams for operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates with:

Relevant educational qualifications (Graduation or higher) in operations (BE/MBA or equivalent)Extensive experience in Spinning and Twisting operationsFluency in English and TamilExcellent communication skills
