Job Description
Manage all financial activities at the factory level, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations and reporting standards.Analyse production costs and identify areas for process improvement to enhance profitability.Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.Collaborate with operational teams to track and optimise inventory levels and working capital.Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.Lead the preparation of annual audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.The Successful Applicant
A successful Factory Financial Controller should have:
Qualified Cost Accountant/CMA/ICWAI/CA with at least 7 years of work experienceProven experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements in India-
