Roles & Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.Coordinate employee onboarding processes such as documentation, background verification, and induction.Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.Handle daily attendance monitoring and ensure timely updates in HR systems.Manage leave records and address employee queries related to leave policies.Process and verify employee conveyance claims as per company guidelines.Act as the single point of contact for employees at the client location for HR-related support.Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.Coordinate with payroll and HR operations teams for data accuracy.Support employee engagement and address basic employee relations matters.Key Skills & Competencies:Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.Good organizational and time-management skills.
