Construction Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong understanding of construction processes and practices. The candidate should be able to analyze construction data and provide insights to inform decision-making. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting construction data to inform decision-making.
• Preparing and presenting reports on construction data to stakeholders.
• Assessing construction projects for feasibility and identifying potential risks.
• Providing cost estimates and managing budgets for construction projects.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in construction analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
