Experience: Minimum 10 years with 7 years in SAP Master Data Governance

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Architect and implement SAP MDG solutions; design custom solutions and processes in MDG.
  • Master Data Management: Lead master data domain work stream teams to gather requirements and execute master data needs for Customers, Materials, Vendors, and Financials.
  • Collaboration: Work with program management and master data management teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Testing and Documentation: Conduct system testing, develop test cases/scripts, and maintain project documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and consistency.

Skills Required:

  • SAP S/4HANA Experience: At least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences covering MDG.
  • Requirement Analysis: Extensive experience in requirement gathering, analysis, mapping, and system testing.
  • Documentation Skills: Proven experience in project documentation.
  • Certifications: Preference for certified associates.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-initiated and proactive in addressing outcomes and deliverables.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to create trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify gaps, improvement areas, and deploy project management levers to overcome challenges.
  • Autonomous Work Style: Ability to work independently and drive desired outcomes.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience working effectively in a virtual/remote and culturally diverse environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP-MDG end-to-end configurations, BRFplus rules, and customization.
  • Master Data Solutions: Experience designing master data solutions including SAP-MDG, SAP PI, SAP ECC, and Non-SAP systems.
  • Data Management Methodology: Knowledge in designing methodology and rollout strategy for central master data management, migration, cleansing, and harmonization.
  • Monitoring Knowledge: Expertise in ALE, IDOCs, RFC monitoring, BAPI, BADI processing, and MDG ABAP workflows.
  • Incident Management: Strong skills in incident management and change request processes.
