JD:

Responsibilities:

• Reuse already existing AI/Generative AI assets (libraries, platforms)

• Research and develop novel AI/Generative AI algorithms and techniques.

• Design, implement, and optimize AI end to end solutions for various applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

•Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/Generative AI research and industry trends.

•Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance and efficiency.

•Contribute to the development of AI/Generative AI best practices and standards within the organization.

Qualifications:

•Master's/ BE degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Good knowledge of Machine Learning, statistics, and probabilities

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, RAG based).

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.

• Experience with data mining and data cleaning.

• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices

• SQL and Python, ML packages: scikit-learn, xgboost, keras

• Work experience with a cloud provider and the ability to construct data pipelines would be an advantage

• Code management: Git, Gitlab, CI/CD

• Mastery of both predictive and descriptive modeling
