Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with MEP systems
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure MEP systems are functioning properly and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on MEP systems
  • Assisting with the installation of new MEP systems as needed
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for MEP systems maintenance and repair

Skills and Qualifications
  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in MEP systems maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with MEP systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
  • Knowledge of local and national codes and regulations related to MEP systems
