We are seeking a Technical BPO with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented and have a strong technical background.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and clients via phone, email, or chat
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Document and track issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and updates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in technical support or BPO industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and operating systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Fluent in English and Hindi
