We are seeking a highly skilled Oil and Gas Drilling Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in oil and gas drilling operations and be knowledgeable in all aspects of drilling engineering. The candidate should have a strong understanding of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing drilling projects from start to finish, ensuring that all drilling operations meet safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing drilling programs
  • Developing drilling budgets and schedules
  • Managing drilling operations to ensure safety and environmental compliance
  • Supervising drilling crews and contractors
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving during drilling operations
  • Performing drilling cost analysis and reporting

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical or related field)
  • 2-12 years of experience in oil and gas drilling operations
  • Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety regulations
  • Experience with drilling software and tools
  • Ability to manage drilling projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
