Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Patent Prosecution with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent prosecution and a passion for innovation and technology. As a Patent Prosecution, you will work with a team of attorneys and agents to manage patent portfolios and to advise clients on patent-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and file patent applications with the Indian Patent Office
  • Conduct patentability searches and prepare opinions
  • Respond to office actions and other correspondence from the Indian Patent Office
  • Manage and maintain patent portfolios
  • Assist with patent litigation matters as needed
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to identify potential patent opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to patent laws and regulations in India

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in patent prosecution
  • Registered Patent Agent in India
  • Strong understanding of Indian patent laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
