Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and delivers excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets
  • Ensure the store is stocked with the right merchandise and inventory levels are maintained
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and take appropriate action to optimize results
  • Ensure all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store layout to maximize sales potential
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports on store performance as required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 2-12 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
