Publisher

We are seeking an experienced Publisher to join our team. The Publisher will be responsible for overseeing the publication of books, magazines, and other printed materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the publishing industry in India and have experience managing a team of editors, designers, and production staff.

• Oversee the publication of books, magazines, and other printed materials
• Develop and manage a team of editors, designers, and production staff
• Work with authors and agents to acquire new content for publication
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote published works
• Manage budgets and financial performance of publications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Publishing, English, Journalism, or a related field
• 2-12 years of experience in the publishing industry in India
• Strong understanding of the Indian publishing market and trends
• Experience managing a team of editors, designers, and production staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of print production and design processes
