Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Developer with expertise in Oracle

HRMS configuration and a strong development background in Java, Angular/React, SoA, Oracle DB,

and SQL/PLSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, designing and

implementing solutions, and ensuring the optimal performance of our Oracle HRMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Coordinate and manage development activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align technical solutions with business

requirements.

Oracle HRMS Configuration:

Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules to meet business needs.

Ensure configurations are optimized for performance and scalability.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and customizations.

System Design & Development:

Design and develop applications using Java and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

Integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems using Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA).

Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle DB and SQL/PLSQL.

Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Project Coordination:

Act as a technical liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and IT management.

Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.

Communicate project status, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders.

System Maintenance & Support:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HRMS and related systems.
