We are looking for a Business Development professional with 2-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving growth and developing new business opportunities. The role requires the ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 2-12 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
