We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel and Tourism professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have between 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and should possess a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry.

• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel providers
• Create customized itineraries and travel packages for clients
• Handle bookings, payments, and cancellations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise during travel
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to travel regulations and requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field
• 2-12 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
• Familiarity with local and international travel regulations and requirements
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English and any other regional language
