HR Executive Responsibilities

RG PLACEMENT SERVICES

  1. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
  3. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  4. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Assist in the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  10. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys, HR system implementation, and organizational restructuring.
