HR Executive ResponsibilitiesRG PLACEMENT SERVICES
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys, HR system implementation, and organizational restructuring.
