Here are some policies we’re proud to offer: Hybrid Working Model: We work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays and Thursdays are remote, but you're welcome to come in if you prefer. Paid Extended Medical Leave: We recognise that there may be times when you can't come to the office due to medical reasons. Annual Reset Leave: Every year end we make sure we give you time off before a new year comes in, these are usually 5-7 days at the end of the year. Extended Work from Home : Many of us at MAD come from all over the country, and when it's time to head home, we embrace the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best Compensatory Offs: If you work beyond regular hours, you'll receive compensatory time off and reimbursement for travel and meals. Work on pitches with a creative team. Take end-to-end responsibility for a brand’s social media content strategy, including preparing calendars, writing copy and execution. Think creatively, play with words and write clear, concise and on-brand copy for different clients. Research, write, edit and proof all levels of copy included headlines and body copy, for all online, offline, external and internal needs. Familiar with major social media platforms, with a keen sense of new features and developments on these platforms. A knack for editing and proof-reading content with good research-oriented skills. Should be able to deliver quality content consistently. Parameters of quality include grammar, punctuation etc Excellent writing ability and a strong command of English both in terms of language and grammar Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (preferred). ~1–2 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar creative role.
