Location: Bokaro VidyapeethJob Profile - Associate Manager (Counselling Lead )Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead the Counselling team across inbound, outbound, and offline (walk-in) channels.- Oversee counselling operations across all centres and establish effective processes.- Supervise and drive the successful completion of tasks assigned to the Central Counselling team across all centres.- Align counsellors with their respective KRAs and organizational objectives.- Ensure efficient team management and performance of counsellors.- Conduct regular meetings to review progress and share updates from the Central Counselling team.- Communicate key information and directives from the Central Counselling team to all the counsellors.- Resolve counselling-related issues escalated by centres in a timely manner.- Maintain close coordination with other Regional Leads, Centre Heads (CHs), Facility Managers (FMs), and Business Heads (BHs) on counselling matters.- Key result areas include Business Strategy, Decision-Making, Rapport Building, and Team Management.
