Job Title: In-House Designer – Graphic, Social Media & Branding

Location: Full-time Hybrid/Onsite for the Pune location is preferred

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Reporting To: Marketing Lead / Growth Director

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced In-House Designer to own the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints – from social media to marketing collaterals, digital campaigns, and brand assets.

If you’ve worked with fast-paced advertising agencies, understand storytelling through design, and love translating brand narratives into engaging visuals, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media handles, print, website, and carousels.

• Formats to be designed - static, videos, carousels, infographic, reels/shorts, presentation decks

• Design visually consistent brand assets across all platforms.

• Collaborate closely with global content, marketing, and leadership teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while bringing fresh ideas and creative excellence.

• The designer should not simply follow briefs and inputs. They are expected to bring their creativity and freshness to the table.

• Handle end-to-end execution of design projects with speed, attention to detail, and ownership.

• The designs need to appeal to the international market (US, mainly)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional design experience with an advertising agency is a must.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your work across branding, social media, and digital communication on Behance.

• A degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication from a reputed institute is an add-on.

• Mastery in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

• Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and storytelling.

• Strong time management and project ownership skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Video editing capabilities using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Basic animation or motion design knowledge.

Application Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit their portfolio of relevant design projects (branding, social media creatives, videos, decks, etc.) before the interview. They will also be asked to complete a test to qualify for the interview round.

They partner with us for bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, clean-ups, and review functions using our “Accounting Seat” model. Their firm size is anywhere between 5-15 people who are struggling to find the right accounting professionals.
2. Global Corporations – Companies across geographies leverage our offshore teams for record-to-report, accounts receivable/payable, FP&A, and other accounting functions. These are bigger firms with up to hundreds of team members.
3. Solopreneurs: These are the people who work on multiple clients single-handedly, similar to a freelancer.
