Business Systems AnalystExperience Required – 5-7 YearsLocation: Remote, IndiaTime zone: 1PM-10 PM ISTEnd Date: 6 Months InitiallyKey ResponsibilitiesCapture, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements for Oracle OTM, DHL integrations (shipments, costs, EDI, reporting/analytics).Refine requirements into actionable technical items.Translate requirements into feature requests, align with best practices, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate with business/technical teams.Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices.Support preparation and execution of UAT.Ensure timely project progress, raise risks/issues as needed.Identify when deviations from standards are required and facilitate decisions through governance.Job Requirements5+ years as IT Business Analyst.Experience in ERP deployments, especially in Supply Chain Execution domain.Requirements engineering experience (certification like IREB preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling (UML, Use Cases, BPMN).Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) across technical/non-technical audiences.Microsoft tools expertise: Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, SharePoint.Independent worker, needs guidance only in complex cases.Customer service mindset.Strong facilitation skills (in-person and virtual).
