You’ll be the bridge between sneaker lovers, global suppliers, and our operations team — ensuring every order runs smoothly.Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers — resolving queries and updating them on orders.Build trust and long-term relationships with India’s sneaker community.Source sneakers globally from trusted sellers and platforms at the best price.Track orders from purchase to final delivery and maintain accurate records.✅ What We’re Looking For A sneakerhead with strong knowledge of the global resale market (drops, pricing trends, platforms).Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).Fast research and coordination skills — ability to find the best deal quickly.Strong ownership mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.Prior experience in e-commerce, sneaker reselling, or customer support is a plus
