We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Atlassian Platform to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian solutions. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to proposal writing and pre-sales , enabling close collaboration with business and delivery teams. We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst cum Scrum Master (BA+SM) who can drive Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project delivery. Review high-level requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Content teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the scope of proposed projects. Review UX designs and work closely with UX designers to ensure alignment with business needs. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Business Rules, Use Cases, and API-related documentation. Lead backlog grooming sessions and ensure stories are well-refined and ready for and creating relevant test data. Collaborate closely with QA/SDET and Development teams during testing and provide Ensure all deliverables meet functional and UX expectations. Scrum Master Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Required Skills & Experience: ~7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid BA+SM ~ Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Jira ~ Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ~ Experience working with UX teams, Product teams, and Technical teams. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel within Agile environments. Experience working with distributed teams in EST shift. Knowledge of Confluence, API testing basics, and UX flows. Exposure to cloud or digital product environments. Work on enterprise-scale Atlassian projects across industries. Exposure to advanced Cloud and AI-driven Atlassian solutions.
