Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.About the Job – We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate with a 5+ years in the field of Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Project Co-ordination / Management3+ years in the field of RPA as a BACore Competencies : Knowledge of BlurPrism, RPA feasibility study, Stakeholder Mapping; As-Is Process Analysis; To-Be Process Design, Project Management ActivitiesBPM Tool Proficiency: Tools like ARIS / MS VisioJob Title - Lead Business AnalystLocation: : Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, NoidaEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Key Responsibilities -Hands-on experience in process assessment and feasibility studies for RPAAdept in interacting with customers to understand and investigate business processesExperience to create Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Nonfunctional Requirements Document and Use Cases SpecificationsWell versed in Requirements/Change Management, Impact Analysis and Gap AnalysisStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, Multi-Tasking abilities, with proven experience in utilizing people and process knowledge to assist enterprises in making critical decisions.Hands-on experience in using BPM tools such as ARIS / MS VisioGood understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and conceptsVery Strong Business Process Modeling experience using models within BPM toolsContribute to the design, development and testing of RPA processesParticipate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platformsWrite technical guides for internal and external usersWork closely with teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processesFacilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with very large groups of SME’s and business teams.Responsible for investigation of AS-IS processes and designed/suggest the Improved stack TO-BE Operational Model processes based on the GAP Analysis and Problem IdentificationDefining Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and identifying Critical Success Factors (CSI’s) for the processes from an RPA standpointExperience Required:Strong experience of working as a Business Analysts for RPA projectsStrong experience in conducting RPA feasibility assessment and analysisGood understanding of RPA tools like BluePrism and Automation Anywhere , UiPathIdentifying problems and proposing solutions for process improvementExcellent communication skillsWillingness to travel to other places, if requiredInteracting with clients and stakeholders on regular basis and review automation performanceAssist project manager in project management activities (planning, efforts estimation, scheduling, project change management, scoping, project monitoring, risk management, etc.)Experience of working and coordinating with across various groups, leading cross-functional teams, including: production support staff, management, software developers, customer representatives, quality assurance engineers and testers
