With outsourcing operations in India and Thailand, the firm offers dynamic career opportunities for professionals looking to contribute to a growing international organization.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Fractional Accounting Controller / Fractional CFO to support Canadian businesses remotely, during Canadian business hours. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, capable of managing diverse client portfolios and delivering high-quality, timely accounting and financial management reporting .Key ResponsibilitiesOversee client accounting operations, management reporting, and financial controllership on a fractional/part-time basis .Work across multiple client portfolios, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial processes.Prepare, review, and enhance management reports, dashboards, and KPIs tailored to client needs.Collaborate with external audit and accounting firms , managing multiple files simultaneously.Provide financial insights to guide business decision-making and growth strategies .Ensure accurate and expeditious handling of client accounting needs at both the grassroot operational level and strategic management level .Continuously assess, adapt, and improve client service delivery through innovative use of accounting and IT tools.QualificationsChartered Accountant (India) qualification required.
