Job Description: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Performance Marketing Channels:
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).
Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
Manage SEO/ASO Initiatives:
Incorporate SEO/ASO best practices to enhance organic search visibility, traffic and installs.
Optimize website content (product pages, categories, blogs) for targeted keywords and user experience.
Monitor website traffic, and analyze key SEO metrics (organic traffic, conversions, rankings), using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.
Collaborate with the product team to develop SEO-focused pages and features.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
Utilize Google Analytics for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as product, category, growth, and brand teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Market Research:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Requirements and Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of performance or digital marketing experience.
Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel/ Google Sheets).
Excellent understanding of SEO & ASO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.
Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets and Looker Studio is an added advantage.
