Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Golang + React) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 5-8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Golang and React to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in developing scalable applications and a solid understanding of both backend and frontend development.

Experience with Python is an added advantage but not mandatory.

This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility to work both from the office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang for backend and React for frontend development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve application performance.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

Ensure application security and data protection measures are in place.

Support the deployment of applications in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Primary Skills: Proficiency in Golang and React is essential.

Optional Skills: Experience with Python is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of full-stack development, including frontend, backend, and database technologies.

Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

Experience working in a hybrid work setup (combination of remote and in-office).

Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment techniques.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
