The ideal candidate should bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm into the classroom while maintaining strong academic rigor.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes (Grades XI–XII).- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.- Foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing proficiency among students.- Encourage creative expression through debates, dramatics, and literary activities.- Evaluate and record students’ progress, providing feedback for improvement.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.- Collaborate with other faculty members for inter-disciplinary learning initiatives.- Support students in board exam preparation and language skill enhancement.Qualifications & Skills:✅ B.
