Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement front-end solutions for web and mobile platforms.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing front-end engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. (ex. - Cursor)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience leading front-end development teams, with expertise in web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks, including React, React Native & NextJS.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Passion for innovation and global collaboration.
