Mandatory Skillset: Rubrik CDMJob Description:9+ years of hands-on Data Protection Experience Working experience with Rubrik Backup Technology Familiar with Other Technology- Veritas Net Backup, DDBoost, Data Domain, ECS, Veritas Appliance, DPA Reporting, Ops Center IBM, Tape Library, and Azure Cloud Backup Familiar with ITIL Process Overnight and weekend availability may be required as needed Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expertise in Rubrik Cluster Data Protection Hands on Experience in Rubrik Backup & Restore (VM, SQL Snappable, Oracle Snappable, Managed Volume, Live Mount, and NAS Backup)Hands on Experience in Rubrik Polaris Troubleshoot Rubrik Backup Failures or performance related issues In Rubrik, should be able to create new SLA, File Set, Backup Schedule, Retention, Archiving to Cloud, Replication Should be able to work on Brik Expansion / Movement across Rubrik Cluster. Knowledge on Power Shell for Automation Part Able to handle Critical Incident Calls. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
