CoveCraft is seeking a driven Creative Project Manager to power creative project delivery for our high-caliber team working across 3D rendering, VFX, AI media, and architectural visualization. About CoveCraft Join an innovative studio where multimedia artists, 3D modelers, asset creators, and architectural specialists collaborate to bring cutting-edge visuals and immersive environments to global clients. Key Responsibilities Bridge communication between clients and CoveCraft’s creative teams, ensuring project requirements, feedback, and deliverables are clear and actionable throughout the entire pipeline. Manage multiple concurrent creative and technical projects, from asset creation and animation to photorealistic interior/exterior renderings. Organize and coordinate task assignment among our 2 multimedia & VFX artists, 4 3D modelers/asset creators, and 2 architecture/interior artists for optimal workflow, resource allocation, and quality control. Oversee project timelines, dependencies, submissions, and final delivery to guarantee deadlines and creative standards are met. Facilitate kick-off and review meetings, streamline feedback processes between clients and teams, and drive fast, iterative approvals. Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients, proactively addressing project changes, revision rounds, and deliverable queries. Support creative brainstorming and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency in 3D/VFX production. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years’ experience managing projects in 3D rendering, VFX, media production, or related creative fields. Hands-on proficiency with workflows in asset creation, rendering, visual effects, and architectural visualization. Proven ability to organize and lead specialist teams in high-pressure creative environments. Excellent cross-team communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana) and creative software pipeline basics. Preferred Background in managing 3D/VFX/animation projects with architectural visualization experience. Passion for innovation, client service, and advancing creative excellence.
