We're on the lookout for an Accountant to join our team and oversee our financial operations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Japanese and Indian teams, ensuring seamless coordination, tracking financial progress, and prioritizing our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Perform daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations Manage GST compliance, including filing returns and maintaining records Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, deductions, and returns Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
