Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in WebApplications and Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of business analysis processes, web-based applications, testing andquality assurance (QA) methodologies. This role requires collaboration withstakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure seamless delivery of high-qualitysoftware solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Gather, analyse, document business requirements and test for web applications.• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs intofunctional specifications.• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are metand properly tested.• Define and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for web applications.• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).• Identify and document defects, working with developers to resolve issues.• Assist in system integration testing and ensure proper deployment of webapplications.• Analyse user feedback and suggest improvements for better user experience(UX).• Create process flows, wireframes, and use case diagrams as needed.• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards in webapplications.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience: 4 to 8 / 10 years as a Business Analyst in web application projects.• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.• Hands-on experience in software testing, including functional and UAT testing.• Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and APIs.• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Selenium (preferred), orother testing frameworks.• Excellent documentation and communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
