Sales Development Representative Location: Indore Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week Company: Source Bae by Shethink Pvt.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads.

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and align them with our staffing solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2-4 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a focus on staff augmentation or contractual hiring.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and client relationships.
