Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team and elevate the visual appeal of each property we bring to the market. Your primary responsibility will be to stage homes for sale by designing, procuring, and arranging furnishings and decor to create inviting and aspirational spaces that appeal to prospective buyers. You will play a key role in showcasing the potential of each property, ensuring that every home is beautifully presented and aligned with Openhouse’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Conceptualization: Create design concepts and staging plans for each property, considering the unique style and space management.
Procurement and Vendor Management: Source and procure furniture, decor, lighting, and accessories within budget, ensuring quality and style consistency across properties.
Property Staging and Setup: Execute staging plans by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories in the property to create an inviting, visually appealing environment.
Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align staging outcomes with the property’s marketing strategy. Assist in photoshoot setup to ensure each staged property is camera-ready for listing photos and marketing materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
