Your Role: As Vice President , you will:
Define and execute strategic plans to establish Ginni Housing as a leader in luxury real estate.
Lead all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisition, project planning, execution, and delivery.
Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and project efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, CP networks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Develop and monitor financial models to ensure project profitability and sustainability.
Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events, strengthening brand presence and reputation.
Drive innovation and operational excellence across all projects.
What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate development , sales , or business strategy.
Strong expertise in managing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of the tricity real estate market and its dynamics.
Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies that deliver results.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
