Summary:

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to join our dynamic Development department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-15 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React JS. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interface components using React concepts and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web development.
  • Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of web development experience, focusing on React JS.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with WebGL is mandatory.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API).
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
