This is a full-time, on-site role.You will be responsible for end-to-end development of front-end and back-end systems that power our blockchain and Web3 applications.Your responsibilities include:- Designing and developing scalable MERN-stack applications- Building real-time systems using WebSockets, Redis, queues, and distributed workloads- Integrating Web3 functionalities (wallets, smart contracts, blockchain networks)- Optimizing performance, ensuring security, and writing clean, maintainable code- Collaborating with designers, blockchain engineers, and product teams- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stackQualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)- Strong expertise with WebSockets for real-time communication- Experience with Redis, caching, and pub/sub systems- Hands-on experience in job queues like BullMQ or RabbitMQ- Solid knowledge of backend architecture, API development, and microservices- Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3 (ethers.js / web3.js, wallet connect, smart contract interaction)- Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized systems- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel)- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture with cross-functional teams
